Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm are despatched the same day. Orders after 1pm are processed the next working day.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) - FREE on orders over £25
Delivered in 2–3 working days. Fully tracked, with the option to choose a safe place.
For orders under £25, delivery is £3.50.
Express Delivery (DPD Next Working Day) - £6.00
Order before 12 pm (midday) for next-day delivery.
Monday to Friday only – no Saturday delivery.
International Delivery
European Union - 3 to 5 working days
Rest of the World - 6 to 10 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
For orders under €150, all taxes are settled at checkout for a seamless experience. You’ll pay your local taxes upfront, meaning no unexpected fees or customs delays when your order arrives.
For orders over €150, parcels are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur additional local fees before delivery. Please check the import rules for your country before placing your order.
Returns
We hope your Good & Proper Tea order arrives safely and that you’re happy with your purchase.
If not, you can return any item within 30 days of the order date.
All products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition for a refund to be processed.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement and refund any return delivery costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return Your Order

1. Prepare your return
Repack your unused items in their original packaging and include a note with your name, order number and reason for return.

2. Send your parcel
Return your items to:

We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

3. Receive your refund
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

International Returns
If returning orders from outside the UK, clearly mark the parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid customs charges. Any import fees incurred are the customer’s responsibility.

Unclaimed Packages
If an order isn’t collected within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and courier administration costs.
