Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the same day. Any orders after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 days, Fully Tracked, option to nominate Safe Place) - £3.50 (FREE on orders over £25) 
  • DPD Guaranteed Next Working Day (Tracked) - £6.00 (this does not include SATURDAY delivery)

    Local Pick-up:

    We also offer a Local Pick-up option for those living in or near SE London. Please choose this option at Checkout* if you wish to collect your order. You will then receive details via email once your order is packed & ready for collection. Please note that our warehouse is open from 11am - 4pm Monday to Friday for collections. 

    *Lock Pick-Up option is not available when checking out through Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. 

    International Delivery:

      • Europe (3-5 working days): £9.50
        • NB Any order > 2kg will be charged an additional + £8.
      • Rest of the World (6-10 working days): £17.95*
        • *Unfortunately due to a temporary increase in carrier costs for deliveries outside of Europe faced by Royal Mail during COVID-19, this option has increased by +£4 - a cost that we regrettably have to pass on to our customers. We are told this will be a temporary increase and will continue to review the delivery options to find the best value for our customers.


    We do everything we can to ensure that your Good & Proper Tea delivery arrives with you safely and that you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return a product to us you are able to do so within 30 days of the order date. The products must be in a saleable condition in its original packaging for us to be able to process a refund. In the unfortunate case of damaged or incorrect items, please let us know as soon as possible and Good & Proper Tea will arrange a replacement and refund you for delivery charges for the return.     Returning a package

    If you are shipping a returned item from abroad, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

    Unclaimed packages

    For packages that are not picked up from your post office within 14 days, Good & Proper Tea reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
