Darjeeling Spice & Tonic cocktail

Inspired by the aromatic and oaky flavour profile, we chose to pair Seedlip's Spice with our Darjeeling 2nd Flush. The warm, peppery notes of this famous black tea gives this delicious, non-alcoholic drink a unique, muscatel twist on the finish.
What you need
- Add the Darjeeling tea leaves to your Seedlip Spice and refrigerate overnight.
- Fill two glasses with ice
- Divide the Darjeeling-infused Seedlip Spice between the two
- Top up with tonic
