How to Make Lemon Verbena, Honey & Lemon Iced Tea
Our smooth, creamy Lemon Verbena is a natural go-to on a sunny day, whether enjoyed hot or served over ice. For the latter, the simple addition of lemon & honey brings it to life, making it an irresistibly refreshing drink to accompany a picnic or lunch outside.
What you need (per drink)

150ml brewed Lemon Verbena

20ml honey (approx 1 tablespoon)

20ml lemon juice
-
Lemon slice & mint for garnish

Plenty of ice
Brewing Guide

1 tbsp Lemon Verbena leaves

150ml freshly boiled, filtered water

Infuse for 3 minutes

Remove the leaves
Method
- Prepare your tea as per Brewing Guide above
- Stir in the honey while your tea is still warm, then allow to cool
- Add the sweet tea & lemon juice to a shaker with plenty of ice
- Shake vigorously, then strain into a glass with fresh ice
- Garnish with a lemon slice & a sprig of mint
