We are delighted to welcome The UK Tea Academy to our Tea Bar as they host an evening of Chocolate and Tea Tasting.
An evening of tasting chocolates from Kokoa Collection alongside green, oolong and black teas.
Paul Eagles, founder of Kokoa Collection will talk us through the tastes of his range of chocolates containing different levels of cocoa solids - from White chocolate from the Ivory Coast, 58% ‘Smooth’ from Venezuela, 70% ‘Classic’ from Ecuador, to 82% ‘Darkest’ from Madagascar.
Jane will discuss how we taste tea and what to expect from the five teas we will be brewing and then the rest of the evening will be all about tasting the teas with the chocolates to discover which pairings bring out the best in each. It will be a tantalizing taste experience for chocolate and tea lovers.
And if you would like to enjoy more of the chocolates after the event, Paul will be bringing chocolates for you to buy.
