Tea + Plant-based Supper Club
Something for the new year - The Ingredientist and Good & Proper Tea have teamed up to bring you a plant based dining experience full of wholesome ingredients paired with non-alcoholic tea cocktails.
On arrival you will be presented with a Virgin Hibiscus G&Tea, before tucking into 4 courses of delicious vegan food, loving created by the talented Ingredientist team. Best known for their creative approach to designing uniquely themed menus, you can look forward to a tea inspired menu, full of unique flavours, delicious creations and something a little bit different this January.
Throughout dinner your very own tea expert will take you through each of the paired drinks and explain all about the health benefits of drinking tea.

with Earl Grey infused soya yogurt

First course: Baked Lemongrass Polenta Bites
with signature tea sauce

Second Course: Assam & Soy Baked Tofu
with spiced quinoa and sesame sweet potato puree
+ Matcha Colada
Dessert: Matcha Poached Pear
with frozen vanilla soya yoghurt and winter berries granola crumb
+ Smoked Assam No-groni
