We’ve partnered up with Modern Meditation + Wellness Coach, Ashley Hunt to run a 4-week series of morning meditations at our Tea Bar. Her practical and accessible style is about finding simple but powerful tools to help us all become more mindful. The free, half hour session will include a 10 minute chat, followed by a 20 minute guided meditation. You are then invited to stay for a cup of tea and ask any questions you might have regarding meditation or mindfulness.

Ashley is a wellness coach and meditation teacher spreading the life-changing power of mindfulness and meditation. Since being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ashley’s meditation practice has been key to her recovery, allowing her to remain positive whilst living with chronic pain. It has become her mission to show how easy it can be to develop your own mindfulness practice. Ashley travels between the UK, Australia and New Zealand and works with clients one-on-one, conducts group sessions and runs corporate wellness programmes.
