Following the success of our Mindful Mornings back in September, we’ve decided to make them a regular Wednesday morning feature. Though our original teacher, the lovely Ashley, has now fled to the beaches of Bali (!), we are delighted to be handing the reins over to Yoga teacher and Mindfulness Coach, Natalie Cristal and continuing this series of Morning Meditations at our Tea Bar. These practical and accessible sessions are about finding simple but powerful tools to help us all become more mindful. The free, half hour session will include a 10 minute chat, followed by a 20 minute guided meditation. You are then invited to stay for a cup of tea and ask any questions you might have regarding meditation or mindfulness.

Natalie is an established yoga teacher, Personal Trainer, pilates instructor, mindfulness guide and health coach. She integrates these different practices to help people discover a greater sense of freedom in their bodies and hearts. She seeks to cultivate both yin and yang elements, recognising that intuition, stillness and release are as important as strength, vitality and momentum.
