Shipping and Returns
FROM FRIDAY 21ST DECEMBER 3PM OUR OFFICE, WAREHOUSE AND SHOP WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE CHRISTMAS BREAK.
ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3PM ON FRIDAY WILL BE SHIPPED ON WEDNESDAY 2ND JANUARY WHEN WE WILL BE BACK TO BUSINESS AS USUAL.

Royal Mail 1st class Delivery (1-2 working days) - £3.99
Next Day Tracked Courier - £8.99
Europe - £9.26
Canada, United States - £13.95
The rest of the world - £14.90
In the case of any damaged goods you may return the product within 21 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition and any tea packets unopened.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Good & Proper Tea suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Good & Proper Tea will make a refund of eligible returns, less delivery costs. To do so we may need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning a package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Good & Proper Tea is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Switching to another product instead of a refund
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not picked up from your post office within 14 days, Good & Proper Tea reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
