How to Make a Hibiscus Sparkler Iced Tea

What you need


Prepare your tea:

  1. Brew the Hibiscus in 600ml of water at 98 degrees. Leave for up to 30 mins.

  2. Stir in 2 teaspoons of brown sugar whilst the liquor is hot.

  3. Leave to cool.

To make the drinks:

  1. Fill your glasses with ice

  2. Serve 50ml of the tea per glass.

  3. Top up with soda water.

  4. Garnish with a slice of lime.

  5. Enjoy!
