Hibiscus Collins cocktail recipe by Lantana

What you need


  • Brew the Hibiscus tea according to the brewing instructions on the Good & Proper Tea brew card.

  • Leave to cool.

  • Fill a wine glass with ice and pour over the gin and hibiscus tea.

  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.

  • Top up with soda water.

  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
