Hibiscus Collins cocktail recipe by Lantana
As served in Good & Proper partner Lantana.
What you need
50ml gin (we love Sipsmith)
50ml of Good & Proper Hibiscus tea
Juice of half a lime
Sprig of mint
Brew 400ml of Hibiscus herbal tea according to G&P’s brewing instructions.
Leave to cool.
Fill a glass full of ice.
Pout over the gin and cooled tea.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
Top up with soda water.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
