Hibiscus Collins cocktail recipe by Lantana

What you need


  • Brew 400ml of Hibiscus herbal tea according to G&P’s brewing instructions.

  • Leave to cool.

  • Fill a glass full of ice.

  • Pout over the gin and cooled tea.

  • Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.

  • Top up with soda water.

  • Garnish with a sprig of mint.

  • Enjoy!
